Delivery Information

At Muller Technologies, we strive to get your hardware and components to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our delivery guidelines below:

Shipping Timelines: Once payment has been cleared in our account, orders are processed and dispatched. Local deliveries within Gauteng typically arrive within 1-2 business days, while national shipping to other provinces generally takes 3-5 business days.
Payment & Dispatch: Please note that goods will only be released for shipping or collection once full payment has been confirmed. For our approved account holders, dispatch will occur upon receipt of an official purchase order.
Delivery Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. All final delivery fees will be clearly outlined on your tax invoice in Rands.
Collection Option: If you are based near the Sandton or Bryanston area, you are welcome to opt for local collection. We will notify you as soon as your order or repaired unit is ready for pickup.
Tracking Your Order: Once your package is with our couriers, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress right to your door.
Risk & Receipt: In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, the risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon arrival and notify us immediately if there are any visible signs of damage.
